Industry and Entity Type added to District Court litigation

Unified Patents recently added Entity Type and Industry search filters to its District Court litigation database. Using the Entity Type filter, users can quickly identify whether a district court case involves an NPE, University, or Operating Company. For NPE litigants, users can further identify whether the entity is a Patent Assertion Entity (PAE), Small / Medium size entity (SME), or an individual.

The district court litigation can be accessed by logging into the Portal and selecting "Litigation - Case List" from the left-side navigation bar. Visit our website for more information about Unified Patents or check out our Portal and begin your research today.
