In order to submit a Contest response, you will first need to create a Researcher account. For more information about becoming a Researcher, visit the Patroll website and click "Sign Up Today."
Submitting a Response
Once you have identified potential prior art, go to the Contest listing and click “Add New Submission” to begin the submission process. Upload one or more documents, provide a narrative description about why you believe these documents are prior art to the contest subject matter, and provide the document’s priority date. Make sure to review the list of previously cited prior art to ensure your submission is unique. Click "Submit" to confirm submission of your entry.

Updating a Response
You may make modifications or additions to your submission at any time prior to the Contest deadline. To update your submission, return to the Contest listing and select the submission you would like to edit from the list of your submissions. Click "Update Submission" to make any desired changes and then click "Submit" once again to confirm submission of your entry.
